Regional and sustainable! Our leather bag is made of high-quality, vegetable-tanned leather that we source from local tanneries. We place great importance on sustainability and environmental awareness, which is why we exclusively use materials with short supply chains that are both ecologically and socially responsible.

Craftsmanship at its finest! Every bag is created with passion and age-old craftsmanship. It begins on the table with a piece of "Blankleder" (bare leather), which refers to the raw, natural-colored leather from the tannery. Then, all the individual parts are traced and cut out, and the exciting manual dyeing process begins—using cloths, cotton wool, sponges, or even fingers. Dyeing by hand allows us to give the bags a unique look and "fingerprint." Afterward, the individual parts are glued together and then sewn by hand using the saddle stitch. Unlike fabric, leather cannot be held together with pins, so the leather pieces must always be glued before sewing.
